Besides the tripe, there are plenty of other non-meat dishes such as horse sashimi and marinated mackerel!

Aside from the tripe, we also have many other delicious dishes! All of them go well with rice and alcohol, such as marinated mackerel and Tsuyama horumon udon! The most popular dish is horse sashimi! We use super sweet soy sauce from Aso, Kumamoto prefecture, which is specially made for horse sashimi! It's so popular that most customers order it! Please give it a try when you visit ◎
